Service Description

Qunoe provides artificial intelligence consulting services including strategy development, generative AI solutions, machine learning implementation, model training, and ongoing support services.

Custom Solutions

We develop custom AI models, algorithms, and solutions tailored to client specifications. Each engagement is governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) that details specific deliverables, timelines, and requirements.

Performance Standards

While we strive for excellence, AI solutions may require iterative refinement. Performance metrics and success criteria are defined in individual project agreements.

Intellectual Property Rights

Custom AI Models

Intellectual property rights for custom AI models and solutions developed specifically for clients are transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

Proprietary Methods

Qunoe retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and general knowledge gained through projects. This includes our AI development processes and technical expertise.

Third-Party Components

Some solutions may incorporate third-party libraries or components. Clients receive appropriate licenses for these components as part of the delivered solution.

Payment Terms & Billing

Payment Schedule

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Typically, projects require an upfront payment with remaining amounts due based on milestone completion or monthly billing cycles.

Late Payments

Late payments may incur a service charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum amount allowed by California law, whichever is less. Continued non-payment may result in service suspension.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Completed work, delivered models, and consumed consulting hours are generally non-refundable. Refund terms are detailed in project agreements.

User Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and ensure they have rights to any data provided for AI model training.

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of any access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary information, trade secrets, and sensitive data shared during the engagement.

Separate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) may be executed for enhanced protection of confidential information.

AI solutions are provided "as is" with no warranties regarding specific performance outcomes or business results.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Completed work and accrued fees remain due upon termination.

Immediate termination may occur for breach of contract, non-payment, or violation of confidentiality obligations.
